Terms of Participation MAXR Advent Calendar 2026

1. Organiser

The organiser of the Advent calendar and the draw is Tune Twist Records, owner Robert Schmalohr. The full address is in the legal notice on maxr.one. Questions about the campaign are answered via the contact form on maxr.one.

2. Period

The calendar runs from December 1 to December 24, 2026. A new window opens every day. Windows of past days stay open until the end of the year and can be caught up on.

3. Who can take part

Anyone with an account on maxr.one who has confirmed the maxr.one newsletter can take part. Participants must be at least 16 years old; under 18 with the consent of a parent or guardian. Staff, administrators and relatives of Tune Twist Records are excluded from the draw. Each person may take part with one account only.

4. Newsletter as consideration

The Advent calendar is an offer by Tune Twist Records to the subscribers of its newsletter. Participation therefore requires a confirmed newsletter subscription; this is the contractual consideration for taking part. The newsletter can be cancelled at any time via the link at the end of every issue. After unsubscribing, further participation in the draw is no longer possible; prizes already won remain valid.

5. Tickets

Every solved window brings ten tickets. On draw days the window of the day brings twenty tickets. A window counts as solved when the question of the day is answered correctly or the task of the day is completed. Tickets are credited to the account and are not transferable.

6. Draw days

Draw days are the Advent Sundays that fall in December, and December 24. In 2026 these are December 6, 13, 20 and 24. At midnight before each draw day, the prizes of that draw are randomly assigned to all tickets collected up to then. Tickets added on the draw day itself take part in the next draw.

7. The machine

On a draw day the window of the day holds a machine. Every pull at the machine reveals one of your own tickets and shows whether a prize sits on it. There are as many pulls as tickets in the pot. Anyone without a ticket in the pot may spin three times as a trial; these spins are marked as trial and cannot win anything. The machine decides nothing; it only shows what was already fixed at midnight. Prizes not revealed by the end of the draw day roll over to the next draw. Whatever is left after December 24 is raffled among all participants who pulled at the machine.

8. Symbols on the machine

Three matching symbols on the middle line are a win. Three MAXR crests are the custom song, three bells the audiobook, three baubles the album, three stars the e-book, three notes the song download. Three snowflakes bring no prize, but a bonus ticket for the next draw, added to the pot immediately. All other combinations are blanks. How many prizes of each kind are distributed per draw is listed under "Prizes per draw"; how many of them are still unrevealed is shown on the prize board above the reels.

9. Prizes per draw

Three custom songs, three e-books of your choice, one audiobook of your choice, one MAXR Christmas album as a download and twenty song downloads. On December 24 it is three audiobooks and four albums. Custom song, e-book, audiobook and album can be won only once per person. Song downloads are assigned and cannot be chosen. E-books and audiobooks are chosen by the winner from the current programme of Tune Twist Verlag. All prizes are digital.

10. Custom song

The winner of a custom song fills in a short questionnaire: who the song is for, what it should be about, what must not appear in it, plus wishes about mood, tempo, voice and language. The questionnaire arrives by email and is also available on the calendar page under "My prizes"; it can be changed until production has started. Max writes and produces a song from it and respects the topics you rule out; wishes about style, length and language are wishes, not entitlements. Anyone giving details about another person may only give details that this person would agree to see used in a song lyric. The song is released on the MAXR album of the following year and published with the first name or the chosen name of the winner, or without a name on request. All rights to the song remain with Tune Twist Records and Tune Twist Verlag. Topics that violate applicable law or harm third parties will not be realised; in that case another topic may be named. There is no entitlement to a particular style, length or release date.

11. Digital prizes

E-books, audiobooks, the album and song downloads are provided immediately in the machine and additionally by email as a download link. The link is valid for 30 days and allows up to eight downloads. The files are for private use. There is no entitlement to a particular file format.

12. Notification and publication

Winners are notified by email to the address stored in their account. The winners of the custom songs are named by first name on the calendar page and later on the album. Anyone who prefers otherwise can give us a different name.

13. No cash payment

Prizes cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged or transferred. A prize that is not accepted goes back into the draw.

14. Data protection

For participation we process account data, newsletter status, the solved windows, the tickets and the pulls at the machine. The data serves only to run the campaign and is deleted after completion, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Everything else is in the privacy policy of maxr.one.

15. Exclusion and changes

Anyone who manipulates the campaign, uses several accounts or employs technical aids will be excluded. The organiser may cancel or change the campaign if technical or legal reasons require it. Legal recourse is excluded. German law applies.
