March feels like… a fresh start to me somehow.
Not loud. Not perfect.
But real.
A lot has happened in the Max universe these past few weeks.
New songs, new pictures, new stories —
and tons of moments where I realized:

The album comes out March 20, 2026 and has twelve songs.
But what's really special this time is something else.
For the very first time, the album is being released simultaneously in five languages.
Not one after another.
Not months apart.
But together.
And trust me…
it's been a pretty wild journey to get here. 💙

I need to tell you something real quick, because a lot of people still don't get this.
It's not just the same album five times.
No.
Each language version is its own production with a totally different vibe.
Sure — the story behind it stays the same.
The songs all belong to the world from the books.
But:
👉 Each text was newly adapted in that language.
👉 Each arrangement was musically changed.
👉 Each version has its own mood.
These aren't just translations.
These are real new productions.
In the end, there are…
60 individual songs.
Pretty crazy, right? 💙

And there's something else I really need to tell you…
SchalkesOpa wants to apologize to you.
Actually, a new book was already announced for February.
And I know exactly how many of you are waiting for it.
But this month was really intense.
Just too much had to be done at the same time.
What I can definitely tell you for March though:
👉 The fifth book "Max und das Geheimnis von Gelsenkirchen"
is coming out in English.
At least that's something. 💙
And yeah — the next book in German is coming too.
This time SchalkesOpa just doesn't want to commit to a fixed date anymore.
But trust me:
We're working on it.
And we're taking it step by step.
